I can say without any hesitation that this should be a number one priority.
 We have had MANY clients turn away from a total MAPINFO product simply
because they cannot use a free veiwer to pass their data on to others.
Several clients will not upgrade MapInfo and plan to switch to ESRI for
this reason alone.

Furthermore, it necessitates that we convert all our lovely MAPINFO work
over to the dark side's format when we are done (getting more of us using
the the other products...)
