Hello all,
Thought I'd tap into the MI community and all you DesignJet 650C
afficionados. Seems of late our plotter is printing two or three E-size
plots before the black ink streaks and then disappears. I've cleaned
as many ink boogers as possible from the left side (where the
cartridges sit when not in use) but it still is occurring. There is plenty
of black ink available in each cartridge but the jets must be clogging
on something.
If anyone has run into this problem and can recommend a solution
PLEASE reply. I'm hesitant to pay HP tech support when I know
others must have run into this problem before.....
...I just hope the plotter isn't on its last legs.
