Isn't it injustice?...
For project development and for macro-works you can't ever compare MI with
other strict GIS packages,
And you don't have to learn C++ for writing superior programs and writing
macros,
Any project you done with MI/MB, it is very easy to create an application,
so operator makes all the works with a mouse click.
However, the difficulty arises from the MI Stuff that many of easyness
functions is not written in MI - and not difficult to code....
For example, ther aren't any sort by column button, or menu in the user
interface,
You can't change default "mile" settings, (-especially for international
settings as far as i know)
There are lots of functions about objects and geography and tables etc,,
that are not listed on FUNCTIONS dialogs
but you can use in mapbasic window IF YOU DISCOVERED...
MI trust us that we can do it with ourselves... :)
