Super Workspace ver 1.1 is now availabe:
Create Super Workpsaces from regular MapInfo (tm) ver 4.0 or later
workspaces:
A super workspace is ONE file which contains all the files needed to open
the workspace (including the original workspace).
The Super Workspace can then be transferred to another computer with
MapInfo
& Super Workspace installed and opened there - it will be identical to the
original Workspace. It takes the hassle out of rebuilding workspaces on
other machines.
Features (shareware version):
- it's free
- free to distribute (with or without your Super Workspace)
- opens ANY Super Workspace (created with the shareware or registered
version)
- create Super Workspaces containing up to four tab files
- full MapInfo integration (create or open Super Workspaces from the
MapInfo
File menu)

- option to include more file types (like .xls or .dbf files) referenced in
you workspace
- unlimited number of tab files (referenced in workspace) can be included
- compression of files in Super Workspace (comparable to zip compression
levels)
- full MapInfo integration (create or open Super Workspaces from MapInfo's
File menu)
