Dear all:
I have a question about Proviewer.
One of its features is described as follows (see the readme.txt file)...
"12. There is no way to associate .TAB or .WOR files to ProViewer so that
if you click on them,
ProViewer will automatically start and open them."
In short, you can double-click on a MapInfo .wor file but it will NOT open.
Instead, an error message reads..."MapInfo runtime can only be run with a
single mapbasic application."
In contrast, I CAN double-click on an ESRI ArcExplorer .aep file and it
will open just fine.
Am I mistaken and being overly vindicative, or is this MapInfo figuring out
new ways to make things harder and less intuitive?
