IT depends how daft your users are

tip one collect all files in one folder, tab ,dat, id, ind , map and place
that on a root drive on your server

eg m:\mymaps

then with a copy of Mi Pro, open your layers as per usual, include,
projection settings , measurement units etc, sort out your layers, zoom
layering, labeling and style overrides to make the best map for your user,
you can even use thematic mapping to make a really colourful intelligent map

save the layer set as a workspace to the root drive eg m:\mymap.wor

necxt tell your user to run proviewer, and open file m:\mymap.wor or other
workspaces as are necessary.

if your user reaches a stupid factor of 10 then create a shortcut on the
desktop

tip 2 if your workspace includes a layout it ca nonly be accesed by
minimising windows

best luck, call me if you need to know more

Adrian
