The below gem in my last reply gives me a stupid factor of 10

was supposed to read
tip2 if you open a workspace containing a number of windows or a layout in
proviewer. If you open the workspace via a desktop shortcut then you can
only move between windows by minimising windows till you see the one you
want, inlike opening via the file >open thing when you can use the window
menu as per usual
