Has anyone come across a fairly cheap (sub 1000 ish) NTF to MapInfo
translator that does the following?

a) generates seed data correctly, allowing the user to scale the seed
symbol / polyline at translation time.

b) allows the user to set text to a variable size .i.e. not so that it looks
OK at just 1:1250

c) produces fully structured polygon data automatically, so that buildings,
fields, vegetation / land form limits, water features and road edges are
converted into closed polygons with the correct associated seed data
attached.

d) allows the user to set the associated text record for the map object to a
meaningful description instead of say 321 (i.e. a feature code).

We presently use an old version of BYDESIGN NTF Classic, I've seen some of
both Dotted Eyes Polywiz and what was the Data Consultancy's translated
data. All do some of what I want, but not everything. The closest
solution seems to be
the Polywiz app combined with NTF Classic, together with some MapBasic
table updating written in house. The only problem is that is time consuming
and also out of my budget. Has any one got any
views / comments on MapInfo NTF translators?
