Jenkins seems a bit broken. We can make another round.
I understood your concerns about removing the default constructor, lets keep is
how it is. Formally this patch looks good to me, but I'd make sure that we
broke no tests. Could you trigger jenkins again? (patch avail->open->patch
avail or uploading this patch again)
