Armando:   Some thoughts on your questions:   1)       I use drive-times in connection with market analysis for retail-oriented real estate.  Typically, I’ll look at 3, 5 & 7 minute times for convenience-oriented facilities; up to 20 minutes for facilities with regional draws.  As I primarily work within larger metros (Chicago, Milwaukee, etc) the drive-times are smaller than might be useful in more rural communities.  That said, I can’t imagine units other than minutes being of much use in retail-oriented real estate. 2)       My maximums are 20 minutes 3)       My minimums are 3 minutes 4)       I don’t consider my drive-times to be long.  In any case, I haven’t needed to consider a subset of roads. 5)       For my use, a polygon is the preferred mode.   I’ll look forward to testing your AddIn.  Please feel free to ask if you have any additional usability or modality questions related to my industry.   -          Michael K.
