I'm making a scaled-symbol theme map. I rarely make them. In this
case, the value for many of my points is 0. Even though I set the low
value to 0 and the size for the low value to 0, the points of size 0
show up on the screen. When I print my map, points with a value of 0
are supressed, as I would want them.
