Hi - read back in the archives and found some add-ins to export
layers to google earth. So far I've only experimented with the point
converter, Point2GE. I've found that if I don't change anything in
the export box, it works in google earth but the icons are black
squares and the only label is the maptitude ID number. If I try to
change the label, I get a google earth layer "parser error... not
well formed..."
If I leave all else alone and go to the icon tabl and select an icon
it won't run at all. In fact, once it froze my computer as GE got
about 44% streaming. The next time it changed my screen resolution
and then all went blank and I got a video error saying "out of range"
Anyone had similar problems? Also wondering if maptitude 5.0 does
the Google Earth/Maps well?
