Hi,

Alright, I really thought this was a subject worth a flyer (brochure) so
took another pass and this time pushed it to the wiki, not close to done
- NEED lots of feedback form everyone..I think it should make sense as
to what the subject is..

I've added the text, mostly unchanged, from Italo's blog post on the
timed release model - BTW.
