If the budget for the evening event is not that big, why not just stay
at Kalkscheune? One of the rooms,
http://www.kalkscheune.de/en/function-room, is really nice and can  be
arranged to have a stage set up for a band and karaoke, for instance.
I don't know what kind of arrangement Quim has with the Kalkscheune,
but if the venue is rented for the whole 3 days, this is probably a
good option. You could then spend the budget for the party on drinks
and food rather then renting another venue.

But Berlin, of course, has many clubs and party spaces to offer :).
