If the budget for the evening event is not that big, why not just stay at Kalkscheune? One of the rooms, http://www.kalkscheune.de/en/function-room, is really nice and can be arranged to have a stage set up for a band and karaoke, for instance. I don't know what kind of arrangement Quim has with the Kalkscheune, but if the venue is rented for the whole 3 days, this is probably a good option. You could then spend the budget for the party on drinks and food rather then renting another venue.
