Okay, understood :). As you know from DS2011, there are many
possibilities, people can easily book walking tours and so on. Not
sure if prearranging anything makes sense, actually. QtCS is smaller
and only 3 days, whereas DS was a whole week where people had more
spare time, I guess.

In any case, publishing some info about what people can do in the wiki
is probably a good idea. You could reuse this

Do you have time to arrange this ;)? This might be "over-engineering".
