Last year's experience with the night event at the venue was very good. Nobody needs to get into a rush if some breakout sessions are going on or if the attendees are hanging around in the lounge for some chat or development session. Additionally, one does not need to have a second (albeit smaller) organization team at the event venue - Kalkscheune would/should stay open for those who don't want to attend the event, but rather prefer to keep hacking or something else, anyways.
