Excellent idea indeed, re: other venues  - I was meaning to visit a
place (where each person pays for himself admission) as a group, or to
have some sort of an outdoor walk with some activity to experience the
wonderful air and outdoor sights of the pretty city.

Indeed. But not sure how many of the participants would appreciate a
clubbing venue. Would it make sense to add another question to the
survey of the preferred evening activity? We should probably list 3
options or leave it open to get suggestions from registered
participants?
