If we want to make it easier for all of the modules and parts of the
project to participate, we could ask for representatives per each
module and have it in a smaller room that can host up to 30 people.
Those representatives would serve to deliver the session outcome in
their respective module development 'team' or process.

However even if the room is the large one, including a mic and so, it
could still be used quite neatly for a round table discussion.
In MeeGo conf in both Dublin and SF we had a few of those 'round
table' discussions but with a very large number of participants backed
by a Mic and so, and my take out that it went well and served to hear
a lot of opinions and feedback, as well making sure the bulk of
involved were present and in the thick of things. Such was the big QA
session in either Dublin or SF. Can't remember.
