But still it requires that not all slots are booked in advance. That is: book in advance at most half (?) of the available slots, leave the others for recaps, sessions organized on the spot, etc. (And probably it makes sense to put the pre-organized talks on the first day / first half of second day, so people wanting to organize a session or give a recap can have time to schedule it on the following days. Don't schedule anything for the 3rd day).
