I also had my reservations about Saturday afternoon, not only because of flights but also because of people feeling like taking some time to enjoy Berlin. It can be that a % of attendance is lost, yes. What we can do is to remove the 3rd Hack ānā Tell session and decide during Thursday / Friday whether we still have many demos to be shown or we just go for a wrap-up session. And pre-schedule sessions after Saturday lunch only if really needed. Then it will be up to the participants present there. > Also, please be ready to prepare recaps for the most popular tracks > (last year I remember the Necessitas guys did their session thrice). Sure, but there is no need to pre-schedule those. I guess the facilitators of the very successful sessions will consider the need for a re-run or a sequel. :) -- Quim _______________________________________________ Marketing mailing list [email protected] http://lists.qt-project.org/mailman/listinfo/marketing
