If that were true, then indeed it would be the proper result. But the
KLA have studiously avoided the proposition of Albanian Unity, as has
Rugova and all other Kosovan leaders (how Dave has access to the

Read the history of the province, James, especially the recent
referendums which are overwhelmingly for independence from Serbia.
The KLA documents state their purpose is to built a Greater Albania.
Their former leader before he was pushed aside by Albright, Demaci,
was for independence. That is why he condemns the current leadership
for having sold out to NATO in order to get rid of Serbia. Therefore
national question is on the historical agenda and communists must
have an answer to it. Our answer is that we must allow ethnic
Kosovars to determine their own future against NATO and against their
own chauvinist leadership. And the only way that can happen is if
Serbs take up their cause. The result then would be the opening up
of conditions which could see multi-ethnic militia defend the whole
of Yugoslavia against NATO and NATO's local lackeys. The
alternative is to hand over the masses to their reactionary bourgeois
leaderships who can exploit chauvinist differences to divide and rule
the Balkans in the interests of imperialism.

Dave.
