Trump veered from the CIA/neocon agenda in fealty to his handlers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Isreal ( https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2018/06/18/donald-trumps-new-world-order ) preferring to make war against immigrant refugees, Blacks, the working class, "liberals" and anyone who criticized him. I was surprised the CIA didn't kill him but I guess we was not seen as a threat to corporate rule.
Biden marks a return of the CIA/neocon leadership in search of cold wars to fund our military industrial base. I remember that a month prior to the last selection, Hillary Clinton, as Obama's Secretary of State, was supporting the fascist junta installed in Ukraine and moving nuclear armed missiles along the Russian border -- after harping on about the nonsense in Crimea. Though I don't buy the Russiagate narrative, Russia has every right to protect their national security and interests.
