As a resident of Sweden I visited the national statistics website for information on covid deaths and to take a deeper look. The latest figures are from the 21st December. (and not translated into English). However the total number of deaths and ages of death are clear to see by scrolling down this page https://www.socialstyrelsen.se/statistik-och-data/statistik/statistik-om-covid-19/statistik-over-antal-avlidna-i-covid-19/ The absolute majority of deaths are the 80+ age group. Other contributing illnesses are included as well. I trust this report.
