Sorry but this discussion on the Ruling Class not liking Trump misses that leading sectors of thewealthy more want greater profits promised by the leading Trump supporters among the wealthy - who care nothing about the appearance of "frmocracy".
Fascism is when such wealthy forces prefer authoritarian rule to guarantee them such by denying such things as "free speech" strikes, etc. etc. Instead as I raised earlier this year on this list - that WHY would anyone whom is paying attention really believe Trump wants free elections - and thus risk losing power - and more important billions of dollars incorruption. As with other authoritarian figures they want to control because corrupt and unusually insecure males as Trump, seeking approval and admiration desperately sought - from others. I believe we should see the messages to consider an alternative. Are people on this list whomseem aware also know that the several generals and admirals fired around two months ago - were ordered of the residences they has on military bases. Are you aware that those residences all behind military base fences have been given to specific Trup abinet Members. You might add that is just coincidence and not draw conclusions. But Trump in his second term as president over the past 18months had his selected supporters remove and replace key positions in the government to help Trump ignore courts, judges Congress members and others - should Trump carry out some "event" (as dome in other lands and time periods - to justify Trump then declaring the Insurrection Act and Martail Law. Trump had people in the military and Kustice Dept and other agencies that would have been required for him to set up authoritarian rule and cancel/disrupt elections or only allow his supporters to vote. Instead I suggest and am proceeding with - we do as Minnesota to help organize a populsr front mass coalition to stand up against when Trump tries to placeMartial Law across the USA. Fascists know they a re a minority and rely on force and threat of harm to those willing to oppose - but history shows if we promote working class organized neighborhoods, work spaces, etc. to come out in public gatherings in numbers of People Power as in Minnesota this January, we can scare the fascist ranks to instead go silent and to their residences. If we do not want to do this and allow the fascists control of the public spaces and many anti-fascist majority go silent for fear of personal harm, allowing the fascists to pick off eac group and be bolder and cause greater and greater harm - as in Germany inthe 1940's. I hope I am wrong, but we should set up commttes in every city and state and be prepared to call for mass mobilization of public large assemblages -- saying NO to Trump and authoritarian rule. It will only get worse if the Trump supporters believe they are getting people to go silent and not challenge. Think about this scenario with msny wealthy preferring authoritarian Trump rule for getting more wealth and profits at home and abroad. Wrapped in the USA Flag And eith christian symbold to lead their response to approve a authoritarian government "for safety and security". We should call for a United Front and have a Popular Front in many places to challenge fascists.. The privileged lawyers academics, etc. do not want to recognize that Trump is very willing to ignore courts (or has some as thr Supremes) to proceed with "needed repression of the internal threat" that many trumpssters have repeated on those social media and gathering of the religious mindset believers that Trump will return the USA to a practicing Christian Nation "approved by their god".and prophesized for the evangelist reactionary preachers - but few on this site are paying attention to what these fsscists are sharing.
