ಮಾನ್ಯರೇ , ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ.ಎಫ್.ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಕಾಣಲು ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿವೆ , ಅಂದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹೊಸತಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತಸದ ಸಂಗತಿ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರು (ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು) ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಒಂದು ಉತ್ತಮ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪುರುಷರಿಗಿಂತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ.ಎಫ್.ನಲ್ಲೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಅವರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಬೇಕು.
ಮತ್ತೂ ಒಂದು ಸಂತೋಷದ ವಿಷಯ ಏನೆಂದರೆ , ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಯುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ , ಉತ್ತಮ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಇರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸೇರುತ್ತಿರುವುದು. ಅವರೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ.ಎಫ್.ನ ಆಸ್ತಿ , ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರೇ ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬು. ನಮ್ಮಂತಹ (ವಯಸ್ಸಾದ) ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನೊಳಗೆ ನಾವು ಇನ್ನು Out of date teachers ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ಬರತೊಡಗಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಬದಿಗೆ ಸರಿದು ಆ ಯುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ದಾರಿ ಬಿಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಅಂತಹ ಯುವ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸೋಣ , ಹುರಿದುಂಬಿಸೋಣ. ಅವರ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚೋಣ. ಅವರ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಪಡೆಯೋಣ.
