ಬದಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯುವುದು ಅಂದರೆ, ಭಾಗವಹಿಸದೇ ಇರುವುದು ಎಂಬ ಅರ್ಥ ಅಲ್ಲ ಸರ್, ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು ಅಂತ ಅಷ್ಟೆ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ತರಬೇತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನೇ ತರಬೇತುದಾರ (Trainer) ರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸುವುದು, ನಾವು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಉದಾಹರಣೆ - ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ಟಿ.ಜಿ.ಟಿ.ಗಳು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ, ನಮಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತರು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ , ನಮ್ಮಷ್ಟೇ ಅಥವಾ ನಮಗಿಂತ ಮಿಗಿಲಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇದ್ದವರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗಿನ್ನೂ ನಮ್ಮೊಡನೆ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಹಿನೆಗೆ ಬರಲಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ , ಈ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ.ಎಫ್. ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿವೆ , ಅವರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯೋಣ.
