I´m having the following problems:
1st - on the case 14, I changed the limit (PMax) on the generation bus 2 on the
gen matrix to 75 MW. When I solve the state estimation problem
(runse('case14')) this limit is not always meet and in some simulations I got
more than 100MW. Near 75 would be acceptable cause state estimation isn´t exact
so it may have a little more than 75MW, but 100MW is 33% more than the limit. I
also changed the initial state to the flat start (it seems to get more often
results closer to the limit).
2nd - I notice is that the final results in some generators (only on the ones
on the buses 3, 6 and 8) the active power (P) goes bellow 0, and also in some
loads (normally on bus 7). This should mean that the generators were acting as
a load and the load as a generator. This issue I checked in the program without
any changes and it also happened.
