The case file included 4 matrices; bus,branch,gen and gen_cost. the active and reactive loads must be given in third and fourth columns of bus matrix. The shunt capacitor of lines as B value (in pi model of line) presented in fifth column of branch matrix. To get more knowledge, use the command help caseformat.
