Dear all what is the role of 'fullscale' in state estimation function in creating 'sigma'? why 'sigma' and erorrs are created in such way? why by elminating the firt part,(for example 0.02 * abs(St)) matlab prints: "Warning: Matrix is close to singular or badly scaled.
