Sir,
For the question asked by simone coche, i found some answer from the forum.
From that i understand that PV generator can be added as a PQ bus with negative
load. Is it correct or not?

You can do it either way. It will not change the solution algorithm. I like the
way I suggested because the power flow output will have all the generators
together in the gen struct.

Also for my research i want to have data for the indian system (MV radial
network) Where can i get the data? can any one help me?

MATPOWER is not the correct forum to ask "where can I get data for xyz system".
Please refrain from asking such questions in the future.

Simone,
Add your generator in the gen data struct in the case file and set its bus
type to PQ.

Dear all,
I’m completely new to the power systems simulation. I want to simulate the
effect of photovoltaic generator on a MV radial network and in particular the
rise of voltage profile that this generators involve. If I insert the
photovoltaic generators as PV nodes, the voltage at this busses will be fixed
so I can’t see the effect on voltage and I thought that I could insert them as
PQ node with negative load. Do you think that this is feasible?

Thanks
