Sorry about that I forgot that I had tried to reinstall the capture agent to fix this and still had the default passwords in there.
Both the Epiphan which works, and the Hauppauge which isn't working at all, can be found here: http://csis.svsu.edu/~atmature/matterhorn/ And we're not using a proxy server here (to my knowledge at least) I'll ask the powers that be specifically tomorrow. -Aaron
