Hi all,
It's apparent that we don't need to meet Tuesdays and Thursdays any
more, nevertheless, I'd like to reinvigorate our weekly meetings by
limiting them to Tuesdays. I think the lack of attendance has been
partially due to everyone's summer schedules, but we need to get back on
track. There are a lot of plans for Matterhorn in the upcoming year and
its critical that we build in some F2F time. I would also like to
suggest we move the Tuesday meeting from 7:30 am to 8:00 am PST.
I also suggest that we open the meetings up to adopters as well. We can
dedicate a small portion of our time to Adopter Q&A for anyone from
matterhorn-users or the community at large. I would be happy to call
out for agenda items on a weekly basis.
As always, proposals have a 72 hour incubation period. If no one
disagrees, this proposal will be put into practice via lazy consensus.
