+1 for the meeting once a week.
+1 for allowing adopters in this meeting. I guess it would be good for
the developers to get some frequent feedback from the users.

Does anyone from the matterhorn-users list think a separate, monthly
adoption meeting would be useful?

Resending this to the matterhorn mail list as well. Sorry for the noise.

+1 , and +1 to Chris opinion of leaving them for developers only,
because:
a) If a lot of dev. related topics are discussed, adopters
(meaning: "adopters not interesting in development aspects") will
get bored and probably never come back
b) If we focus on adopters first, and it happens that the
discussion goes on for a considerable amount of time, then we
will have less time/be more tired for focusing on development
discussion afterwards
In short, developers and adopters main interests may match
sometimes, but most of the time are completely different.
This is just an opinion, though. I'll stick to what the majority
decides.

+1 from me as well.

our weekly meetings by limiting them to Tuesdays. I think
the lack of attendance has been partially due to everyone's
summer schedules, but we need to get back on track. There
are a lot of plans for Matterhorn in the upcoming year and
its critical that we build in some F2F time. I would also
like to suggest we move the Tuesday meeting from 7:30 am to
8:00 am PST.

large. I would be happy to call out for agenda items on a
weekly basis.
