Looking back, I really,  really appreciate Chris for his *long*, hard job as a 
release manager. There were a lot of details to attend to and a lot going on 
for him.
I do also appreciate Nils' willingness to volunteer his time for Matterhorn, 
and the work he's doing now to update the docs. 

Look forward, I completely agree with Nils' suggestion to "find processes that 
get's more consensus in the community to get more support for a release."  We 
don't want to repeat what happened for 1.2. So, how can we actively figure out 
what those *processes* are before we are again trying to get a release out the 
door? Is this a continued conversation on list? A meeting? It would be great to 
have input from all those of you that consider yourselves "Matterhorn users" as 
to how *you* would like to participate in the release process. Thoughts?
