Sorry that gives no sense to me. There are several reasons not to do
this. Beside the fact that we need a more fact based discussion on
process related topics as we have it when Matterhorn discuss development
related topics (That works in another project good for us is no
argument), in my opinion Matterhorn didn't need a proposal of a single
person like me.
Like Rüdiger and I did it a couple of month ago we need two or three
people who take a look at different approaches, the structure of the
project, the resources and the release strategy and than make a proposal.
Just my two cents
