Well, I did forgot to mention that you needed to 'make unload' and 'make
load' the driver to see if it works. I don't know if that was the cause...

Our experience is that, no matter how tricky the driver installation can
be, once installed it works as expected.

If you keep experiencing those weird problems, please let us know.
