yes, the url in Matterhorn configuration section includes the correct port(which is 8080 by default), but I didn't see capture agent in the admin UI on the core, and I went to the device logs link on the left hand side of the GUI, but it shows that :

Does the device show up as a capture agent in the admin UI on the core? The agent does not send its logs to the core. You can view the ECD's logs from the device itself using the 'Device Logs' link on the left hand side of the GUI. Copy a snippet of the logs and send it to list and we'll be able to sort out your issue.
