Those logs display a bug in an earlier version of the firmware (or the beta version available from Epiphan). http://aries.usask.ca/epiphan/frm-2-3-0e-Matterhorn-16051_1068-VGA2CPU_DM365.bfrm-CUSTOM.bfrm fixes the underlying issue and resetting the device to defaults should clear the bad settings. You're sure you're using the version above, and not the beta version from Epiphan's site?
