As part of this task, please break the dependency between the youtube pom and
the distribution-common pom.
You may need to copy some dependencies (activation.jar, in particular, comes to
mind) and inline them, since the GData API might require a different version
that what we use elsewhere. Ideally, we should embed and inline the fewest
number of jars possible.
