I don't think there's enough logic here to warrant refactoring into smaller,
testable methods, so let's just leave the unit tests out for now. Support
classes such as the ITunesUDistributionContextStrategy can certainly benefit
from unit tests, but until that functionality is not yet specified for YouTube.
