I do not foresee a major need for this in production, the only reason I'm running into this at all is because I'm deliberately testing against it to make sure my new code is doing what it's supposed to. Most organizations that are going to make use of Matterhorn are probably going to either a) exist only in one timezone or b) choose a single timezone from their multiples. In short, I think moving the agent selection drop-down makes sense, but you also get used to fixing your selected time pretty quickly and it really is an edge case. A band-aid, in this case, might be all that's needed (if anything at all) until major refactoring comes through.
