Ok, hrm. The reason I changed that endpoint in 1.2 was that I couldn't get that body parameter working in PHP, so I wonder if you're hitting the same issue. Since the agent's name is a path parameter (/agents/$AGENT_NAME/capabilities) you just want to send the capabilities as the body of the request. Are there any errors on the server side?
