Well... I investigated it a bit.
When demo capture agent is initialized from the bundle, or rest point is
called, then:
CaptureAgentStateRestService.java,
public Response setCapabilities(@PathParam("name") String agentName,
InputStream reqBody) {
when Demo capture agent is calling it - reqBody contains the properties.
When I call this from my script or from
http://localhost:8080/capture-admin/docs
reqBody is empty.

Error is / as a result of empty stream in "reqBody":
"unexpected end of input" - from XML Parser ...
Does it works with any other Matterhorn installation?
Can somebody repeat it? Try registering capture agent via /capture-admin/docs
