Using the latest 1.1.x (rev 10809) my failures are resolved with multiple
workers. I've not changed anything other than clearing felix/felix-cache and
felix/matterhorn and redeploying.
I do not see "Downloading http://..."; in the worker logs any longer however I
do see the message on admin and engage when distributing.
I also do not appear to be getting "java.io.IOException: Closed." however I
have not yet verified that two workers were active at the same time.
