That's good news. It is critical to clear the felix-cache directory when
changing versions of the code, as old bundles can interfere with new ones.
The "Downloading" message will happen when accessing published/distributed
files, since there's currently no feature to map distribution URLs to
filesystem paths. This is a known limitation.
