I can also confirm that the query is not getting any results:

This problem still persists with 1.3-rc2. I have cleared the database and
emptied directories multiple times and still do not see any recordings.
I noticed in Workflow Services that the main changes from 1.2 were for security
and rights checking. I wonder if there could be a difference or bug in security
checks which cause these zero results to be produced.
Tobias claims he is unable to reproduce this problem and I see it all the time.
Is there is a misconfiguration of security.xml or in tenants setup?
