After adding numerous logging statements I at least know what's causing this
error but not yet why.
All workflow instances are being added to the solr index with an orgId tag of
"mh_default_org" but are being read with a tag of "nway.ncast.com". Thus no
hits in the index and no display of recordings on the web page.
If I force the query to use "mh_default_org" the workflow instances are found
and the web page display looks normal again.
