Hank, can you attach the changes you've made to your Felix configuration? I
have multiple 1.3-rc2 cores (testadmin.usask.ca, testallinone.usask.ca) which
are working fine. Something's not right, and it's likely a configuration issue
at this point.
Ruediger, can you attach the affected system's configs as well? Maybe there's
something in common between the two sets of config files...
