Those configuration files are almost identical between both each other, and the
default configuration file. I'm assuming that you're not seeing any errors in
the console, so Hank, can you start from scratch and check to see that the
workflows are being scheduled correctly? Things should show up in the Job
table, as well as in the calendar endpoint
(http://nway.ncast.com:8080/calendars?agentid={agentid}).
