Hi Tobias,
how do you add captions in the capture scenario currently? It is not
really possible, because you can not load the trimmed recordings
anywhere to subtitle them with a 3rd party software, so we would not
lose any functionality. Or you can still take the mediapackage files
from the recorder and subtitle them with a third party software and
upload all the files with the Multi-File-Upload.
By the way: would we be able to trim the captions, if we use
matterhorn's trimming option?
But I'll promise that someone from Osnabrück adds the possibility to add
captions to already distributed files in Matterhorn 1.4.

By the way we are still working on a way integrate Universal Subtitles with
Matterhorn and allow users to subtitle already distributed videos with this...
